To SXSWi or not to SXSWi? Tell Us this Friday

Next week brings yet another SXSW Interactive conference (and hordes of party-seeking geeks) to downtown Austin, TX. Called “spring break for creatives” and “magical” by past attendees (read: me) this very popular long-running tech event is rolled in chance meetings and dipped in celebrity sightings. It’s also very, very expensive if you don’t live in Austin or “know people,” no matter how early you buy your badge or how late you secure your accommodations. Is the magic of SXSW worth the time and money (and liver function)? This Friday at Beer and Blog we invite you join us this Friday for our little Pre-SXSWi party. There’s no free beer this time (BTW, didja see the wrap-up post of the Beer and Blog party Google Hotpot sponsored on their blog?) but I guarantee there will be plenty of interesting (maybe even heated!) discussions on all things SXSW. Regardless of whether you’re headed to Austin this month, we’d love to see you this Friday from 4-6pm at the Green Dragon. Cheers!
