Voce Communications
During the day, I play the part of New Media Strategist for Voce Communications. Voce is a bad ass PR firm that is doing some innovative work in the social media space for top brands like Yahoo!, Sony Playstation, and eBay (all of whom are featured on Wordpress’s home page for the work we’ve done). The principles of Voce would be bummed if I didn’t mention that we were built on traditional PR and AR, so this sentence is for them. 
Legion of Tech
In my off time, I serve on the Board of Directors for Legion of Tech, which puts on Portland’s hottest tech events. Ignite Portland, BarCamp Portland, and Startupalooza are a few of the events we’ve produced. We’re a non-profit organization that is focused on serving Portland’s burgeoning tech community. Beer and Blog
Every Friday I or a guest hosts a happy hour meet up called Beer and Blog (@beerandblog). The idea is bloggers helping bloggers over beers. Sometimes we have a topic, sometimes we do work, and sometimes we go on a field trip. I let people know what’s going on via Upcoming, Twitter, and the blog. We’re a friendly bunch, so come hang out with us and shoot the shit.
